The best way to reach us is in person

The best way to reach us is to come by the shop during walk-in hours. A&J is just me and my son, and most days we’re both at the bench working on customers’ units. We usually reserve phone time for customers who already have a unit here and whose repair we need to discuss. We’re sorry for any inconvenience, but price-check calls, telemarketers, and political calls were taking us away from the work people trusted us to finish.

And no, we haven’t added one of those AI answering services every large company seems to use—we’d rather miss your call honestly than have a robot politely gaslight you in the end. 😄
